Analysis, conception and optimization of cross-departmental end-to-end processes with focus on efficiency, standardization and scalability Technical design of target processes in the context of SAP S/4HANA as well as translation of technical requirements into sustainable process and solution concepts Management, initiation and control of optimization and transformation projects across multiple functions, e.g. at the interfaces between operations, supply chain, purchasing, sales, finance and other areas of expertise Close cooperation with the IT department in the evaluation, specification and implementation of system and process changes Moderation of workshops with specialist areas for the acceptance of requirements, identification of potential for improvement and prioritisation of measures Ensuring a holistic view of processes, data, roles and systems along the value chain Development of business cases, decision bases and roadmaps for improvement and transformation initiatives Accompanying implementation to sustainable anchoring in operational business including change and stakeholder management

Completed studies with business and information technology Multiannual professional experience preferably in a management consultancy, in-house consulting or transformation management Experience with S4 / HANA implementation projects and process optimization after a Brownfield conversion Ideally Celonis knowledge Strong analytical and conceptual skills to develop practical and feasible solutions Extensive understanding of organisational and business relations Experience in optimizing end-to-end business processes Project management competence and ability to manage complex projects and integrate different stakeholders Experience in change management and communication of change processes at different levels Team orientation and communication strength to work successfully in an interdisciplinary team Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
