Support of department management and team in organizational and operational Tasks Create and review correspondence, presentation templates and reports Pre- and post-processing of meetings and scheduling and coordination Communication with auditors, bodies and management planning and monitoring of the audit plus the associated tasks and the reporting and publication obligations (Bundesanzeiger); Business registers Participation in projects and research Credit card management as part of travel cost accounting Care and processing of the intranet
