For the 'Innovation Management' section, we are looking for a*n at the Ulm site at the next possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) The area deals with the coordination and operational implementation of internal innovation processes and the supervision of internal ideas management. These include, among other things, the analysis of submitted ideas, the implementation of campaigns and the communication via various internal channels. In addition, internal innovation formats are regularly organised, accompanied and evaluated.

Support in the planning, coordination and operational implementation of innovation processes and initiatives Participation in internal ideas management, including tool care, content creation and quality assurance Collection, structuring and evaluation of submitted ideas and support of internal evaluation formats Support in the design and implementation of innovation campaigns, pitches and events Creation and processing of contents for internal communication channels (e.g. intranet, newsletters, presentations) take over administrative, organisational and project-related tasks, including event and incentive management

enrolled student*in in the course of study BWL, Business Administration or comparable Experience and fun in using office and IT tools, such as Confluence, MS Sharepoint Structured operation and good organizational ability Very good knowledge of German and English (word and writing)
