Your tasks • Individual advice from our customers on bicycles, e-bikes, clothing and accessories – including financing and bike leasing • Guide sales talks, identify customer needs and ensure a convincing shopping experience • Active support in sales and assistance to the cashier if necessary • Ensuring a well-maintained sales area including goods maintenance, price marking and attractive presentation • Implementation of marketing activities and seasonal sales measures • Close cooperation with service, workshop and marketing • Active participation in day-to-day business and joint security of smooth workflows in the team

Your profile • Pleasure of advice, sales and direct customer contact • enthusiasm for bicycles, e-bikes and matching accessories • Friendly appearance, reliability and pronounced service orientation • Structured, independent operation and willingness to participate in daily business • Complete training in the retail trade, as a seller or in a comparable profession • Also welcome as a cross-release with a commercial background, sales experience or service mentality • Team spirit and the ability to work independently
