As Senior Marketplace Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for your own portfolio of strategically relevant marketplaces and platform partners, and you are taxing its revenue, profitability and operational development independently. The following exciting tasks await you:

Account Management: You enter all your marketplaces and platform partners, develop joint business plans and conduct account and annual discussions Account operation: You secure a stable account operation, recognize critical topics early and coordinate their solution with the relevant interfaces Product range and content: You control assortment, listing, product ranges and content quality and improve the visibility and traceability of our products Pricing and Promotions: You plan, implement prices and sales promotions and leverage their impact on sales, sales, cover and other platform KPIs Forecasting: Set up and update forecasts and tune goods availability with supply chain, finance, customer service and external service providers Process optimisation: You optimierst account, reporting and platform processes and take concrete measures to increase plan and profitability

You have a completed economic study or comparable training with a focus on eCommerce, commerce or sales You bring multi-year professional experience in marketplace or vendor management, ideally in consumer goods environment You know large marketplaces as well as their commercial and operational mechanics very well Experience in assortment, pricing, promotions, forecasting and account management as well as a safe handling of marketplace KPIs, reporting tools and Excel are of course for you You have very good German and good English skills Your analytical and conceptual skills, your negotiation and presentation skills and your hands-on skills complete your profile
