In this position, you take on the qualified evaluation of national and international tenders and create the commercial tender shares in close cooperation with the tender management. In doing so, you will structure and develop quotation calculations taking into account external and internal requirements and bring your commercial expertise in a targeted manner. In addition, you agree on commercial terms and conditions of supply and contract with the relevant internal specialist departments. Another focus of your activity is the preparation of commercial and contractual negotiations. After a corresponding period of incorporation, you conduct these negotiations independently with public and private contractors. In addition, create and process other contracts, such as confidentiality agreements or cooperation agreements. In addition, you can consult and support internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual issues.
