In this role, you take on the strategic further development of our performance channels & control our external agencies with a clear focus on efficiency & growth. Through precise KPI monitoring, regular reporting & a well-founded ROAS analysis, you ensure that our actions are more measurably successful and that we reach our target groups even more specifically. Control & optimization of agencies in the field of Meta , TikTok & Affiliate Marketing, incl. budget planning, performance tracking & reporting Development, implementation & scaling of new marketing channels such as TikTok, Pinterest and other relevant platforms & sales channels Analysis of campaign performance, identification of optimization potentials & derivation of concrete action recommendations Continuous Market & Competition Monitoring to Dedicate Trends & Best Practices Working with internal teams to optimize campaigns & landing pages Responsibility for reporting & KPI management to measurably increase the ROI of all channels

A completed degree in the field of marketing, business management, business informatics or a comparable career 1-2 years of professional experience in performance marketing, ideally with Meta Ads & Affiliate Marketing Experience in building and scaling new channels or readiness Building your knowledge here A good communication skills & experience in cooperation with agencies A high initiative, hands-on mentality & the enthusiasm for digital trends Analytical thinking & a strong interest in data-driven decision-making Experience with analytic tools & very good Excel knowledge
