You take over the professional and organizational management of the residential area You develop our housing and build it You ensure compliance with legal requirements and standards (including SGB IX) You are a contact person for our clients and their relatives You work intensively with our external cooperation partners You conduct negotiations on performance and audit agreements You prepare decision-making templates for the management and the Supervisory Board of Lebenshilfe Osterholz You support both homelines in personnel selection, personnel management, personnel deployment planning and team development You actively participate in strategic decisions in the management team of Lebenshilfe Osterholz

You have a degree in the social field (e.g. social education, medical education, social management or comparable) You bring management experience in integration aid You have deeper knowledge in SGB IX and the relevant requirements for integration aid in the Land of Lower Saxony You have a strong communication and leadership skills You are convinced by organisational strength, decision-making and an appreciation of leadership style You bring empathy and a clear attitude in dealing with people with disabilities
