Development of cross-channel paid social strategies (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, XING, Reddit, Twitch) Selection of suitable targeting strategies along the Funnel (Awareness to Conversion) incl. Budget planning and forecasting Coaching by Junior Kolleg:inside and knowledge transfer in the team Creating, monitoring and optimizing campaigns in the respective Ads Managers A/B testing of creatives, placements and target groups Management of advertising media production in close cooperation with the creative team Analysis of complex data, performance reporting & derivation of measures Preparation and Presentation of Reportings & Insights for Customers: Inside and Internal Stakeholders Use of UTM tracking and optionally Integration with web analysis tools (e.g. GA4) Advice on best practices, funnel strategies, budget allocation and channel mix Active creative consulting: derivation of creative letters based on insights, platform trends and target group logic Feedback on advertising media related to formats, hook, CTA, messaging and platform conformity Preparation, management and moderation of customer appointments, reviews and strategy workshops Close cooperation with internal teams (e.g. creation, strategy, data, key account teams) on holistic campaign management

3+ years of professional experience in the field of paid social advertising, ideally on the agency or company side Funded know-how in the Ads Managers of Meta, TikTok & Co. Experience in performance marketing, in particular with focus on KPI-based optimization Technical understanding of feed-based campaigns and Dynamic Ads (including Meta Advantage+ Shopping Ads) Knowledge in the set-up of product catalogs, data feeds and tracking parameters Understanding audience logic, customer journeys and data-driven marketing Affinity for data-based working, good analytical thinking Ideal knowledge in tracking, attribution & web analysis Communication strength, structured working and team spirit Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Tik Tok Academy, etc. would be advantageous
