We are looking for full-time backup As a Customer Service Specialist Export, you take a central role in targeted and timely order processing and, together with internal and external interfaces, secure the goals in the customer service. The following exciting tasks await you: Order processing: You handle national and international customer orders and focus on customers in the third country

Export documents: First and check export relevant documents such as export declarations, certificates of origin, supplier declarations or health certificates

Interface Management: In close coordination with customers, customs authorities and internal departments, you are responsible for smooth processes and reliable communication in German and English

Compliance: You ensure that external regulations and customs and export regulations are complied with at any time

Claims and master data: In addition, you process complaints in compliance with legal requirements and carefully and reliably provide customer master data

Optimization and projects: You support the further development of export processes and internal processes, initialise reports and analyses for the sales sector and work in projects related to the introduction of a new SAP system.

You have a completed commercial training and ideally an additional qualification in customs or export

Long-standing professional experience in export brings you with a secure understanding of international order processing

Very good knowledge of English is sure to be used in everyday work, further foreign language skills are desirable

The routined handling of MS Office and knowledge in SAP R/3 complete your professional profile
