As Head of HR / People & Culture (m/w/d), you take responsibility for a modern, effective and pragmatic People-&-Culture setup for all HR tasks in the company. These include, in particular, Attraction, Recruiting, Onboarding, Retention and Offboarding. You are also responsible for the coordination of the DCON Academy as a central training organisation for employees: within our customers and our own colleagues.

You are, above all, a really strong HR personality, which takes on many tasks, drives things and creates structures that work in everyday life - efficiently, reliably and with real will for design.

At the same time you feel as a team lead for a small team of colleagues: You give orientation, prioritize, develop the team and ensure clear processes.

That means... the operational and strategic development of our People & Culture work with a high level of implementation Building and further development of efficient HR organization and processes (including Recruiting, Academy, On- and Off-boarding, HR Administration, Standards, Documents, Workflows) Responsibility for people-and-culture topics in day-to-day business: Contact person: for employees and managers, pragmatic and solution-oriented Collaboration on Personal Accounting (Interface Payroll / Tax Office / Internal Data Quality), Care of relevant HR data and Ensuring clean processes Organisation and coordination of training, training and further training (concerning, design, planning, implementation / provider, maintenance) Integrating measures to further develop culture, leadership and cooperation (e.g. feedback formats, internal communication) as a team leader... professional leadership and further development of the team clear prioritization, structure and quality assurance in the team capacity and task planning, meaningful delegation, binding coordination with stakeholders Cooperation with management and executives as savings partners:in for People & Culture topics

a successfully completed degree in the field of BWL, Psychology, Personnel, Economic Law or comparable qualification multi-annual practical HR experience in a dynamic environment (low-growing company / medium-sized company) Experience in the organisation of training/training and the setting up of reliable processes very good knowledge of HR administration and operational personnel work, ideally incl. Payroll interface / personal accounting processes theoretical knowledge and practical experience in labour law issues are beneficial first leadership experience or clear motivation / competence to take responsibility as a team lead very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min.
