• Processing of customer complaints and execution of causes analyses
• Creation and maintenance of initial sample test reports according to customer requirements
• Implementation of quality controls and testing of products
• Documentation and evaluation of test results
• Cooperation in the development of quality processes and methods
• Communication with customers and suppliers on quality issues

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Complete technical training, e.g. as technician:in or engineer:in the field of quality assurance
• Professional experience in quality assurance or quality management
• Knowledge of common QM methods such as FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC
• Experience in handling test equipment and measurement technology
• Secure handling of software for quality assurance, e.g. CAQ systems or ERP systems such as SAP QM module
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for the documentation and evaluation of data
• Good knowledge of German and English
