Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

Organizational institution: You are primarily responsible for the planning and coordination of operations of our service team/user technicians at the respective end customer. In doing so, you tune with our customers, especially by phone. Customer partner: You co-ordinate replacement deliveries and reproductions together with your colleagues from sales, production and purchasing. You make sure that all required materials are available at the agreed customer date. Evaluations & Improvements: For our sales management, you will be able to evaluate complaints and actively contribute to the improvement of our service quality and customer satisfaction.

Successfully completed vocational training (e.g. as an industrial businessman) or a comparable qualification Experiences and joy in handling customers from Germany Empathic appearance and enforcement strength Organizational and safe handling of Outlook, Microsoft teams and other systems
