The town building Lörrach, subsidiary of the residential building Lörrach, is at home in the Tripartite D/CH/F. Located directly on the border to Basel, our interdisciplinary team of planners deals with various urban planning tasks in different scales. We support the cities and communities in the border areas of Lörrach, Waldshut, Konstanz and Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald with our expertise, creativity and solution-orientedness in finding and implementing their urban planning goals.

In order to process our diverse range of tasks, strengthen our team and expand our portfolio, we are looking for a/n

in full time or part-time (at least 75 %)

Establishment plans Installation and modification of land use plans Organisation and implementation of urban and architectural competitions Monitoring of procurement procedures (VGV) Construction and planning advice of cities and municipalities Implementation of participation procedures and municipal councillors Development of urban development concepts

Graduate degree in urban planning, spatial planning or architecture At least five years of relevant professional experience Enthusiasm and creative ideas for innovative urban and village development Good to very good knowledge of planning law (BauGB) and experience with building and environmental law Experience in dealing with Vectorworks, QGIS, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar programs Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C 1)
