For our team HR Advisory & Services of our group Human Resources, we are looking for support as an intern (m/w/d) in the field of HR / Recruiting / Applicant Management. Your job is Heidelberg. The focus of your activity is in recruiting and applicant management. You are responsible for the organization of all themes of A, such as approach sketches for interviews to Z, such as intermediate feedback to applicants. You always keep an overview and know exactly how the current stand is.

A NEW CHALLENGES

You support our Recruiting Team in the operational daily business. You take care of our candidate management, coordination of interviews, communication with the applicants, and ensuring the smooth running of the application process up to contract design. You help with the planning and implementation of recruiting events, such as career fairs. You take over administrative requests from HR & Advisory & Services.

THE BRINGS

You complete a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of BWL (centre of staff), psychology (focus on work and organizational psychology) or a similar degree course with a focus on personnel, as an alternative, you could gain first experience in personal work. You are open and communicate safely in German and English. You can cope well with the popular MS Office products, work independently, carefully and responsibly. You support different projects, such as employer branding, optimization potentials in the recruiting process, etc.
