The Clinical Cancer Register of the Tumor Center Freiburg (CCCF) is looking for a dedicated and modernized Head of the Clinical Cancer Register (m/w/d) You want to take responsibility, design instead of managing and working in an environment that combines science, clinic and data competence? The Clinical Cancer Register is a supporting column of this network. All treatment-relevant information on tumour diseases is collected here – for better care, quality assurance and research.

You take over the technical and personnel management of the Clinical Cancer Register at the CCCF You are responsible for the processes of data collection, data quality and evaluation – especially in the context of certifications, research projects and scientific publications You communicate clearly and structuredly with the CCCF steering level and make the work of your team visible You promote the professional development of your employees through targeted training and qualification offers You contribute to the strategic resource management, e.g. to the optimal distribution of documentation capacities You represent the Clinical Cancer Register in internal and external bodies at local, regional and national level You create meaningful key figures, reports and analyses for a wide range of target groups – from clinic management to science

a degree in computer science, medical documentation, medical informatics or a comparable qualification well-founded knowledge and experience in tumor documentation, ideally with ONKOSTAR first or multi-year experience in leadership and coordination of teams strong competence in data analysis and evaluation Responsibility, communication strength, organisational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in complex situations
