Leadership and development of direct staff Organisation and ensuring the implementation of the partner collection and receivable management Responsibility for accountingly operating processes in the main and secondary register, analysis of fault and incident situations in operational operation, design and implementation of solution-oriented measures to eliminate faults and disturbances organisation of the audit and collection of partner accounts and monitoring of the timely settlement traffic; Analysis and optimization of the balances of the accounting partners according to the target specifications Regular visits to the supervised accounting partners for the purpose of account clarification and process optimization of billing traffic as well as execution of special tasks/single orders

Complete study of economics and/or commercial training with multi-year professional experience in payment transactions, in particular in the third-party collection Very good management and social competence as well as knowledge of accounting payment transactions with third parties negotiation-proof and high-level appearance towards stakeholders; Number understanding and high abstraction capability as well as knowledge of the essential tools for evaluations and analyses (e.g. Excel, SAS, SQL) policy and method skills for the design of processes and their tools; independentness, decision-making, team orientation, abstraction ability, earnings orientation Knowledge of the structure and structure of the company, working directives and application programmes
