Key User / System Administrator Logistics (m/f/d)

You are contact person (w/m/d) for problem solutions and first-level support for our logistics systems. You are responsible for optimizing existing and developing new work, business, and value creation processes. You also take over the creation and maintenance of process descriptions, training documentation and IT-relevant documentation. You enter the local IT technology; This includes the installation and configuration of hardware (MDE, printer, scanner, etc.). The creation, optimization and further development of IT-based warehouse management solutions (WMS) is also part of your tasks You analyze errors and communicate them to internal hotline support. You advise and sign employees (w/m/d) of the operating units and start SQL for controlling and reporting. You take on location-related IT projects including their commissioning.

You have a completed commercial training or a completed degree in Logistics/IT and ideally professional experience in a comparable position. You have experiences in dealing with warehouse management systems, basic SQL identifiers and very good MS office skills. You bring an IT affinity as well as a process-oriented and independent way of working, organizational capacity and sense of responsibility. You have a hand-on mentality, collaborative ability and team spirit. Commitment and communication skills, also in English, complete your profile.
