Who we are: The Central Business Administration is the contact person and know-how carrier for business processes with specialist and process expertise for accounting and adjacent commercial areas within the REWE Group. In the associated department Order-to-Cash Processes, the operational and organizational support of customer-side accounting processes and clearing processes as well as their correct mapping in the IT systems (especially SAP) is ensured.

What we plan together: In the role as a process manager, you will deal with cash mass data. You analyze large amounts of data, interpret it and understand the connection with the various IT systems in the background.

What you are moving with us:

You take responsibility: by analyse your own data, transmission paths and reporting systems around cash billing. You are competent contact persons: You accept new requirements for billing processes from sales, IT and accounting and evaluate them according to economic criteria within the framework of legal requirements. This includes the analysis of existing processes, the discovery of optimization potentials and the development of these potentials. Your expertise is in demand: you create concepts, guidelines and instructions for action to ensure the regularity of the cash billing processes and cash registering. You shall assist the accounting in responding to audit requests. You have everything in mind: As part of your interface function, you will communicate the concepts developed to IT and accompany the further implementation. You are in the middle: In addition, you will work on the introduction of SAP-Hana in the area of cash billing.
