You can look forward to this: You support workshops in the diagnosis of technical customer complaints as escalation based on the SSD incident and in coordination with the central distribution You are the technical contact in the West sales region for customer complaints in the escalation You secure the control communication regarding technical customer complaints via all sales stages In coordination with the operating manager and/or key account, you encounter the technical problems of large customers and put them in a catalogue of measures In concrete cases of technical escalation, you explain possible costs in advance with the central distribution and the responsible persons of the sales region You provide support and coordination in recall actions Due to the continuous exchange between the workshops, you are critical in detecting and eliminating errors

We look forward to this: You have a very good technical training with training for the motor vehicle master or a technical study and have several years of professional experience You have a high degree of customer orientation You have a well-founded technical expertise in the commercial vehicle sector and a safe handling of the common office systems A diplomatic negotiation skill completes your profile
