Senior Advisory Consultant IT Transformation (m/f/d)

You advise C-level and senior stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives around digitization, data & AI. You develop transformation, data and technology roadmaps that combine business goals and technological innovation. You identify challenges with our customers and guide specific areas of action and sustainable solutions. You act as an interface between business, disciplines and technology teams and translate strategic requirements into implementable concepts. You advise our customers on data governance, AI governance and regulatory requirements such as DORA, EU AI Act or Responsible AI. You support the development of new consulting services, methods and accelerator solutions in the area of IT transformation, Data & AI. You bring your expertise into customer workshops, management presentations and strategic decision-making processes. You coach project teams and support the further development of our transformation and advisory community.

Completed studies, ideally with economic or information technology focus, or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in strategic IT consulting or comparable IT transformation projects. Found experience in the development of IT strategies, target images and transformation roadmaps. Understanding modern data, cloud and AI platforms and their business opportunities. Experience in the analysis of existing IT structures and in the strategic realignment of system and application landscapes. Impressed conceptual and analytical skills as well as the ability to prepare complex facts in a comprehensible and addressable manner. Sovereign appearance towards customers and decision-makers as well as pronounced communication and stakeholder management skills. Pleasure to take responsibility in customer projects as an experienced expert or experienced expert and to drive them forward independently. Very good knowledge of German and English.
