We offer you the following challenges: On the market side, You are responsible for the operating credit business of commercial real estate, construction companies and project development finances and accompany the further growth of the business segment You guide and coach the employees and continually accompany them in their professional and personal development You ensure the quantitative and qualitative performance of the team in the analysis process as well as ongoing communication with the market units You are contact persons for the employees in analysis and preparation questions and ensure that credit risks are always kept active and solution-oriented. You examine and submit complex loan applications In addition, you are Sparring partners of your employees for the audit, production and negotiation of predominant individual credit and collateral contracts, including in the consortium loan business You represent the team in projects or working groups and like to take responsibility You promote and are responsible for process optimization through active life of our continuous improvement process (CVP) and actively live our customer and employee-oriented self-understanding in the area of credit Who we are looking for: You have successfully completed a degree in the (bank) business administration course or have a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in the business field of complex commercial real estate financing with You have well-founded knowledge of commercial, private and structured credit business, especially in the field of credit analysis and contract design And finally, you have relevant knowledge in corporate, commercial, credit, credit and insolvency law and are experienced in structuring financing transactions You work responsibly and responsibly.
