As Sales Specialist (d/w/m), you are responsible for sales in the area of Research Science Chromatography. Your sales activity and the support of account managers ensure that our sales targets are achieved. They ensure first-class support for a defined product range so that our customers can use the products optimally. This position is part of the Technical Sales Support department and will be completely remote in Northern Germany (Hamburg, Berlin, Schleswig-Holstein etc.). Technical support of customers and customer supporters in solving technical problems through their own external service, telephone or other media Implementation of in-house training for customer supporters and technical support on new products and product changes Coordination of customer advice in the assigned sales area and independent determination of sales activities based on the data provided by the account managers (profiling) Support for customer support in certain sales activities such as sales visits/organizations, seminars, quarterly planned advertising campaigns and exhibitions Implementation or organisation of product training for customers when purchasing a new product and continuous training in post-care

Natural science training in the life science sector, at least MSc. Specific product and application knowledge in the field of protein chromatography Laboratory experience, chemical handling and current product and market knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English Travel, vehicle and physical/environment requirements: Travel readiness – approx. 50-70% within the area Valid driving licence required
