Service Manager - Software Lifecycle Management (f/m/d)

As part of our Europe West Regional Technology Hub in Berlin, you will manage software releases in compliance with client. You will take on a wide range of tasks: Support the software development team with internal and external processes Support the project team in managing the ecosystem of DevSecOps-based deliveries Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Ensure the delivery of software solutions to regulate (e.g. gematik) clients in Germany including proper documentation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technology infrastructure and/or project/service management Experience in software development and familiarity with CI/CD-driven products, as well as experience with code-based documentation (e.g. .md rather than .pptx) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
