Personally responsible implementation of HR IT implementations within the framework of national and international SAP SuccessFactors projects Technical support and further development of the modules Employee Central and/or Learning Management System Ensuring a stable operation of SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent applications Monitoring and monitoring of interfaces to international systems including fault analysis and sustainable problem solving Advising the departments in IT-side transformation and optimising HR business processes Contact person for internal customers (m/w/d) with technical and technical questions about SAP SuccessFactors Analysis, design and implementation of new requirements in close cooperation with HR

Completed degree in the field of Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in projects and in operation with SAP SuccessFactors, in particular in the modules Employee Central and/or Learning Management System Finded technical knowledge in the configuration (e.g. Business Rules, MDF object definitions, etc.) of SAP SuccessFactors Advantageous SuccessFactors Associate Certification Experience with SAP HCM desirable High affinity for digital HR processes and innovative IT solutions Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Responsible, reliable and team-oriented Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation
