TECHNOLOGY (m/w/d)

You ensure the smooth technical operation of our building equipment. Maintenance, maintenance and verification of ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration systems are your core tasks. You support modernization and conversion projects in the building sector. You document your maintenance work and agree with external service providers.

Training: Complete training in a craft or technical profession desirable or comparable qualification Know-how: Experience in technical building management or in domestic engineering, knowledge in sanitary, ventilation and refrigeration technology, as well as steam systems, reliable knowledge of German Working methods: teamability, reliability, independent and conscientious working methods
