Self-fulfilment of repairs, maintenance and modifications to the different Agfa-Radiology systems on site as well as the installation and commissioning of systems User training acceptance and security checks in accordance with valid guidelines Ensuring service quality according to the requirements of service quality management Analysis of problem situations, general and technical decision-making and implementation of solutions Support of the team leader and the service management in professional decisions Cooperation with project managers and application specialists as well as the team of deployment steering Technical support and advice for sales staff and customers

You have a degree as a technician, a bachelor's degree in an electronic field or equivalent technical training Practical professional experience, preferably in the hospital environment Knowledge of Windows operating systems You work with joy, commitment and high customer orientation You work independently, with a high sense of responsibility and are also able to act under time pressure in an analytical manner You are flexible in your working hours and regular travel activities in the DACH region and, if necessary, also in other neighbouring countries You own team spirit and communication skills You have very good German and good English skills
