The pay bill is part of your expertise? We offer a varied position with a long-term perspective in a medium-sized company.

Your tasks

• Own-responsible, fair and timely preparation and execution of pay and salary bills including all downstream pay topics with the billing program SP_Data
• Legally compliant collection of billing-relevant employee data
• Processing of reporting and certification
• Contact persons for employees, health insurance companies and authorities in billing, pay tax and social security issues
• Booking of wages and salaries incl. Fibu accounts vote
• Management of holiday and time accounts
• Creation of subject-specific evaluations, reports and statistics
• Reports to the professional association, federal agency for work, etc.

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist (m/w/d))
• Multiannual professional experience in a similar field
• Good knowledge in the fields of pay tax, social security and labour law
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Benefits in Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Self-employed, reliable and responsible work
