CRM Consultant & Application Owner (m/f/d)

In the role of Application Owner, you take responsibility for the CRM system (Microsoft CRM) and manage its further development across the entire lifecycle (respect, administration, customizing, documentation and 2nd level support as well as Coordination of upgrades and release changes). In close cooperation with specialist department experts, you define requirements from marketing, corporate communication, sales and quality assurance, derive and design CRM-specific business processes and implement CRM solutions based on them. Bring your CRM expertise and support specialist experts in specification, implementation, tests and introduction. In addition, control and coordinate our external CRM service providers (further development, 3rd level support).

Study of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training – also for cross-comers with relevant CRM experience Multiannual experience in the care, development or project environment of CRM systems Good technical understanding for CRM systems, customizing, interfaces and data models Ideally experience with Microsoft CRM (or SAP C/4HANA) as well as knowledge in the trade or service environment Analytical skills for structuring technical requirements and understanding of CRM-close business processes Impressed communication and team skills as well as joy in working with specialist and IT experts Proactive, structured and result-oriented operation with high self-motivation
