About the Graduate Programme: The Deutsche Bank Graduate Program is a comprehensive program that offers you the opportunity to participate in fascinating projects and continuous trainings to acquire all the professional and personal skills you need for your further career path. About the area: In the Chief Financial Office (CFO), all the strings come together: from strategic financial planning and management at Group level and for individual business units, global financial, ESG and tax reporting, liquidity and capital management to communication with the capital market. We are a globally aspiring area with around 3,500 employees worldwide – with CFO teams in our Frankfurt, London, New York, Jacksonville, Singapore, Mumbai and Pune locations as well as in other countries. Location: Frankfurt am Main Start & duration: July 2026; 13.5 months

As part of the CFO training program, we are planning four rotations with you from a total of 40 teams to promote and demand you. Your rotation plan will cover topics with strategic focus, analytical and quantitative orientation as well as specialized content. You have the opportunity to look at tasks from different perspectives, dive deeper into different topics and at the same time build a cross-bank understanding. At the beginning of your trainee program, you will take part in a global training that not only offers you a refreshment of your analytical skills, but also the opportunity to connect yourself directly with trainees from home and abroad. The program also offers you exciting insights through an intensive exchange with senior management. To prepare you for your role in CFO as best as possible, you receive individual support from mentors, peers and buddies. These are available to you in both technical and personal questions. In addition, our trainee alumni community supports you in building a network in the financial sector and learning and benefiting from the experience of others. Do you have or stand shortly before a master's degree in BWL, VWL, economic mathematics, industrial engineering or in a comparable economic or scientific discipline? Are you passionate about financial issues and have a pronounced affinity for figures? You have gained first practical experience in banking or capital markets and/or financial, tax or accounting and spent several months abroad? You like to work in the team and convince with your communicative skills in German and English, so you can easily act in a global working environment? To participate in the program, you must meet the following requirements: You should study between 1 January 2025 and 31st July 2026 successfully complete and no longer have open courses You should be ready to start a full-time job from July 2026, taking into account local labour laws and visa regulations You should not bring more than 12 months of full-time work experience (except for practice)
