Onsite Supporter (m/w/d) – Your Tech Support on-site!

Your mission:** You are the first contact point for our customers and employees when it comes to IT support on site. Whether hard or software problems – you pack up, analyze and solve technical challenges directly at the workplace. Work closely with the 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure smooth IT operation.

• Direct support of users: on-site IT problems
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• Error analysis and rapid troubleshooting
• Cooperation with 2nd Level Support and other IT specialist:inside
• Document of solutions and creating helpful instructions
• Support for exciting IT projects and rollouts

Your Skillset: That makes you

• A completed training in IT or comparable qualification
• IT support experience, ideally onsite support
• Good knowledge in Windows and/or macOS environments
• Promise for networks, IT security and mobile devices
• An independent, solution-oriented and service-conscious operation
