Independent processing of changes in customer data in the alarm management system Self-locking and preparation of data on request or on the basis of existing or new contracts Testing of detected master data of emergency call circuits for accuracy and completeness Ensuring data integrity and complete documentation of all changes Support in the planning and implementation of master data projects Editing and creating alarm plans Support of service technicians in requests for reconnections, conversions and troubleshooting

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training Multiannual professional experience in a control center or as a service technician in safety technology is advantageous Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Safe handling of AM/Win and the functions used Proactive, structured and predictive operation High level of resilience, conscience, commitment and flexibility Ability to react flexibly to changing requirements and adjust your own time management accordingly Solution-oriented operation and the willingness to support colleagues in problems and vulnerabilities
