Head of Mobility Team 1 (m/f/d)

Discipline responsibility of a department consisting of six nationwide agile virtual teams in the field of service management Management, control and development of the Service Management team Enterprise Mobile Managemen from internal and external employees, including personnel planning, capacity control and planning, as well as task distribution according to the following: RACI Recruiting (internal MA, ANÜ, if applicable DL) and employee talks (end-of-year talk, end-year interview, year-end interview, year-end interview, and regular exchange) Responsibility for the further development of the people in the team (personal further development in terms of processes, methods and standards) in coordination with the professional management Ensuring comprehensive cooperation with other SSD and BWI units (e.g. team building, agile work, introduction SCRUM, SAFe, or LEAN management) Responsibility for the continuous improvement of process and workflows and the acquisition of escalation management for the associated teams and services Ensuring the achievement of the agreed objectives and the necessary reporting and compliance with labour law, organisational and/or internal requirements (e.g. work protection)

Completed studies in the field of business management and/or computer science, alternatively a comparable qualification About 6 years of relevant professional experience and disciplinary leadership experience, ideally in the mobility environment Good knowledge of personnel management methods and experience in the promotion and further development of employees Good knowledge of ITIL, agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.) and IT management methods (e.g. SWOT, LEAN, etc.) Experience and expertise in providing and developing IT services in the environment of mobile solutions (EMM, MDM, smartphones, tablets, IoT, barcode scanners, apps) Good motivation, communication and team skills, empathy, conflict power and stress resistance and readiness to change German language skills in word like writing and readiness to travel (approx. 3x 2-3 days per month)
