Lobby registers and regulatory compliance: You are responsible for the maintenance and updating of the lobby register and ensure that FGS Global keeps the relevant regulatory reporting and transparency obligations continuously. You’re testing changes in the regulatory environment and deriving necessary adjustments. Internal law and legal compliance: You advise project managers on insider law issues, address the insider list and ensure that internal and legal requirements are operationalized in daily practice. You work closely with the relevant teams to identify and address legal risks at an early stage. General Counsel and Contract Team support: You are reliable support for the General Counsel and the Contract Team in all contractual matters, from the examination and commentary of contract documents to the coordination of internal voting processes and contract negotiations. Process optimization and further development: You bring your own ideas on how legal and regulatory processes can be more efficient and actively support their implementation. Digital competence and IT affinity: You work safely with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and are open to the use of modern technologies – including AI-based tools – in the legal work environment.

Education: You have at least one Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or a comparable legal degree – a further degree (e.g. LL.M., First or Second State Exam) is welcome. Professional experience: You bring 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, for example in a firm, consultancy, legal department or regulatory environment. Regulatory know-how: lobby regulation, transparency requirements and insider law are not foreign words for you – you know the relevant requirements, recognize action needs autonomously and implement measures consistently. Competence under contract: You bring real practical experience in the auditing and supervision of the contract and you know what is important when commenting on complex documents, even under time pressure. Structure and reliability: You work structured, reliable and are a reliable partner in the team and external interfaces. Dynamics and design will: You think proactively, introduce your own ideas and actively attract improvements instead of managing only existing ones. Communication strength and problem-solving competence: You communicate clearly, target group-oriented and find solutions in challenging situations. Current knowledge of German and English is a prerequisite.
