In your role, you are responsible for the entire recruiting process from the demand message to the successful setting of new employees. You develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract skilled professionals. For optimal results, you will maintain close cooperation with the specialist departments, also to create detailed requirements profiles and to understand the need for expertise. You conduct interviews, selection talks and negotiations with potential candidates. Engaged take part in fairs and events to expand our network and talent pool. Last, but not least, work with the teams in Active Sourcing and Employer Branding Hand in hand and use different online platforms to position TransnetBW as an attractive employer in the energy industry.

The basis of your entry is your studies in human resources management, business management or a comparable qualification. There are many years of experience in recruiting, ideally in the energy or technology sector. You can use your well-founded knowledge in modern recruiting methods and technologies for us.
