As a compliance manager at ZEISS, you have the opportunity to introduce your expertise in a global environment and contribute significantly to the integrity and success of our company

Independent and comprehensive consulting of the ZEISS organization, including executives, employees and management, to complex and special compliance issues to ensure secure legal solutions

Development of the Group-wide ZEISS Compliance Management System

Adapting existing global guidelines and processes and creating new ones to meet changing requirements

Further development of the compliance case management process, including training of the global compliance organization and the relevant fields

Self-employed investigation of compliance cases and infringements in cooperation with various disciplines, including the implementation of interviews and legal assessment of the facts

Independent answering of compliance questions and handling of all the issues arising within the global group

Close cooperation with interface functions, in particular personnel and legal departments, as well as other specialist areas to support the compliance management system

Supporting the Global Compliance Officer Network in questions and clarification of notes and implementing new corporate compliance standards

Ensuring the implementation of legal and internal compliance requirements in the ZEISS Group, in cooperation with local and segment Compliance Officer

A degree in law, economic law, economics or a comparable degree course forms the basis of your expertise

Overall, you will ideally bring at least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience to an internationally oriented group, with at least 2-3 years in the field of compliance, auditing or investigation.

Intercultural competence completes your profile

Work in an international team will give you pleasure and you have excellent intercultural and communicative skills

readiness for occasional travel

Very good knowledge of how to use MS-Office applications allow you to work efficiently

German and English language skills in word and writing
