For the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site, we are looking for you as a maintenance coordinator (m/w/d) for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (d/m/w) in full time.

The job owner (d/m/w) works as a maintenance coordinator for heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology in the Facility Management -Energy and Maintenance Technical Services- for the technical and structural maintenance of the property AIRBUS Hamburg.

THERE HAVES:

• to ensure a safe working environment and business continuity while respecting the legal requirements laid down in the Industrial Safety Regulation, Approvals and Water Permits, as well as the obligations in environmental protection are:
• Contract management of the service providers on site - selection of suppliers, supply collection, technical clarification and invoice control according to the existing processes
• Foreign company coordination, instruction and supervision of foreign company services incl. Creation of work instructions and risk assessments
• Maintenance planning and control according to the defined Airbus Business processes
• Creating inspection, maintenance and testing plans, as well as terminating, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of foreign companies
• Coordination of the various technical service providers to ensure a time, cost and quality delivery
• Termination, commissioning and monitoring of expert examinations of testable installations
• Preparation and participation in internal and external audits in responsibility
• Monitoring the defined KPI

THE BRINGS WITH:

• Completed master training (m/w/d) in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Mind. 3 years of professional experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• readiness to call or time-delayed work
• Embossed communicative skills to work with contact persons of all levels
• Self-employed, structured and outcome-oriented work to schedule appointments in time, efficiently coordinate workflows and achieve targets in time
• German and good English skills
