Cook (m/f/d)

♪ We are currently looking for: Koch (m/w/d) in Cologne

♪ For a central kitchen in Cologne Dellbrück we are looking for a motivated cook/cook (m/w/d) 120 hours/monthly

These are your tasks

• You work in a central kitchen. From there, schools are supplied.
• They're working with the cook.
• Prepare food preparation, if necessary non-required food/species for re-use
• The menu has been given by the cook so far. You're welcome to introduce your ideas. Participation in the creation of menus
• Quality control of delivered goods in food production
• Maintenance of the workplace during preparation of food and clean after completion of work
• Monitoring waste data, sorting out spoiled goods and removing them
• Participation in the professional disposal of kitchen and other waste
• Control stock of daily stock
• Parttime workstation Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This will bring you

Completed vocational training as a cook/kitchen (detection) or comparable professional experience in gastronomy

Want to work in a central kitchen with regulated working hours

Current teaching according to §43 IfSG (Reference)
