Senior Manager S/4HANA Finance im Bereich Financial Operations (m/f/d)

You conduct our customers through complex SAP S/4HANA transformations – with a strategic view, methodological security and technical depth. As a key player at management level, you will design roadmaps, architectures and team structures that carry in the long term. You always think business and IT together and advance projects, people and organizations sustainably. Management consulting: At C-level level, you advise decision-makers such as CFOs or range lines in the digital transformation. Strategy development: You develop transformation strategies, target architectures and roadmaps with a vision. Business Development: You can actively contribute your know-how to the creation and customer development. Project responsibility: You take the lead of (partial) projects or programs – from strategy to implementation. Team management: Interdisciplinary project teams from specialist and IT will guide you efficiently and target-oriented. S/4HANA implementation: You accompany SAP S/4HANA introductions (Greenfield, Brownfield, hybrid) from planning to go level. Customizing expertise: Your well-founded experience from the S/4HANA configuration enables a holistic approach to consulting.

Consulting competence: holistic view of technical and IT architectures Leadership experience: detectable successes in the management of teams and in customer management S/4HANA experience: sound know-how in S/4HANA projects, ideally in a leading role Project management: safe in classic and agile approach models Communication strength: ability to convey complex topics clearly and addressably at management level Language knowledge: reliable in German, fluent in English readiness to travel: flexible for project-related operations in Germany and neighbouring countries Your personality Strategic: You think ahead and develop solutions with tangible impact.
