RENAFAN is a nursing service provider who has been standing for excellent and individual care for 30 years now. We are looking for your support for our outpatient care center in Spandau Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours per week).

Takeover of the care service line (PDL) of an outpatient station incl. technical guidance of the team employee-oriented and economic personnel deployment planning Personal and customer acquisitions Care of the stock customer base Ensuring high care quality and customer satisfaction Customer advice (SGB V, SGB XI, SGB XII) and cost clarification

a training for examinated nursing staff (health and nursing staffin, nurse, nursing staffin) multiannual experience in outpatient tour care (at least 2 years within the last 5 years as a specialist in outpatient care) You already have experience in managing an outpatient care station (required) further training on the PDL (desirable) ideally knowledge of the MEDIFOX system a driving licence class B good German knowledge (at least B2 level) empathy, assertiveness and a high level of sense of responsibility, as well as commitment and communication strength
