Regional Manager Field Service (m/w/d)

We are a successful, dynamic operation of the metal industry and produce premium tools for surface coating in series production. As a typical medium-size company, we develop, manufacture and market top products that have an outstanding name all over the world under the SATA brand.

You lead, control and develop a three-headed external service team. You are responsible for your team's sales and earnings control and for the achievement of your goals. You coach and support your team actively, are also available in difficult situations as a response partner (m/w/d) and ensure continuous further development of employees. You personally support our major customers in industry and trade and develop sustainable customer relationships. You implement the sales strategy of the management in your region and report directly to the sales management. You identify potentials on the market and contribute to the strategic development of your area.

You have first leadership experience in the field service. You are a full-blood seller (m/w/d). You have a technical and/or commercial training and an additional qualification based on it. You are experienced in the external service of the tool and paint industry and here also in the industrial environment as well as in the car-refinish. You are characterised by a pronounced sub­sectoral approach and analytical and organic skills. You work independently and bring together readiness for travel and overnight. You live in the care area.
