Experte F&E / Developer Dispersion-based Products (w/m/d)

Your mission: You develop and optimize dispersion-based products and systems: practical, scientifically sound and with a view to sustainability, cost-effectiveness and quality. Your tasks – innovative & varied: You work on the development of new and optimization of existing dispersion-based products and systems You plan, perform test series and document them including evaluation and interpretation – and present your results internally and externally You research new raw materials, technologies and patents and actively contribute your knowledge You work in the creation of invention messages in cooperation with the patent department, You support complex products and build a sound expert knowledge You act as contact persons for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. purchasing, quality, suppliers) on product and raw material issues You support projects and cooperation projects with various business fields You accompany the transfer of laboratory formulations to the production scale ensure compliance with quality requirements and test plans You are actively engaged in professional exchange – through networks and participation in specialist events

Successfully completed laboratory-specific training (e.g. chemical or lacquer laboratory) with further training as technician or study of chemistry (Master) with several years of experience or a comparable qualification Experience with dispersion-based systems and a deep understanding of raw materials and their effects Structured, analytical and independent working methods and joy in experimental work Good knowledge of Office 365 and SAP German and English knowledge at least on B2 level readiness for occasional national and international missions (to a small extent)
