Individually responsible implementation of the monthly payroll accounting in compliance with all relevant tax, social insurance and labour legislation Competent respondent and advice from employees and executives on all issues relating to pay billing Processing of entry and exits, changes of contract and maintenance and updating of personal master data Competent preparation and implementation of the annual financial statements and preparation of relevant documents for auditors, tax advisors and internal audits Proactive optimization and continuous further development of internal accounting processes, in particular with regard to digitalization potentials and efficiency enhancement Creation of meaningful HR reports, analyses and statistics to support business management and personnel control

Professional training or comparable qualification as well as multiannual professional experience in salary accounting incl. sound knowledge in pay tax and social security law Safe handling of relevant accounting systems (e.g. DATEV LODAS or wage and salary) as well as common MS Office applications, in particular Excel Analytical skills and good numerical understanding combined with a structured and independent working and high accuracy Communication strength, service orientation and strong reliability and commitment
