Responsible for the end user support – first contact point for user IT support requests Support and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, network hardware, software and configurations Daily end user support based on priorities and ticket system requests User account management (creation, deletion, modification) Software deployment, installation, configuration and troubleshooting Implementation of IT policies and procedures according to company specifications Remote access and VPN services support Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of printers Monitoring the availability of critical infrastructure components Ensuring correct implementation of backup processes Installation, configuration and support of smartphones Support of production equipment such as scanners, handheld devices and label printers Implementation of server administration tasks

3-year professional training (manufacturer/in system integration) At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a business environment Completion of additional training Good knowledge of client and server operating systems (especially Microsoft) Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, switching, routing, WLAN, Active Di-rectory, DNS, DHCP, print services) Basic knowledge of IT security and backup technologies (Firewall, Antivirus, Backup Systems, VPN) Good organizational and time management skills Good communication skills and team skills Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions Self-employed and proactive Good English knowledge of word and writing
