What activities do you expect?

• Self-fulfilment of small repairs in residential and commercial real estate
• Monitoring of the order and the perfect overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations
• Room equipment with furniture and/or technology
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities, cleaning work, disposal work
• Support of service technicians in maintenance and repair work
• documentation of faults and defects, if necessary Transmission in computer systems

• has successfully completed training in a craft or technical field
• first professional experience in the field of work
• technical understanding
• a high customer and service orientation should be present
• works independently, carefully and forward-looking
• has the license class B
• German level B2
