ARCHITEKT / INGENIEUR (M/W/D)

FOR PROJECKING AND CONSTRUCTION RULES

RESPONSIBILITY

• Project responsibility – development, administration, management and control urban development, construction and rehabilitation measures
• Contract design and support of external planning participants with analysis and evaluation of services
• Participation in all performance phases
• Monitoring and optimization of all planning and construction sites

WHAT WHAT?

• a successfully completed study of architecture or Civil engineering
• Experience in project responsibility
• well-founded knowledge in all performance phases of HOAI and the current Computer and CAD programs
• Knowledge of building and procurement law
• independent, predictive handling and monitoring of all Project objectives – qualities, costs, dates across all project phases
• knowledge of administrative processes or the readiness here quickly process
• economic and organizational competence
• Loadability and team capability
• readiness for flexible working hours
