Senior Consultant Digital Banking Processes

For our IT / organization department we are looking for one/n at the Würzburg site at the earliest possible time Senior Consultant (m/w/d).

You design, model, implement and develop digital processes in Atruvia banking and on the Atruvia No-Code platform. You enter, configure and pflegst bank-related processes and applications and ensure a stable operation in the daily business. You advise specialist departments and process managers as savings and solution partners on suitable digital solutions in the Atruvia environment. You analyse technical requirements, guide sustainable solution concepts and implement them in practice. You evaluate standard solutions against bank-specific implementations and identify digitalization and optimization potentials. You work closely with bank organization, process managers, IT and external service providers and accompany the transfer of professional processes into digital solutions. You take first and second level support, analyze application errors, develop workarounds and control escalations to the final solution. You ensure the quality of digital processes through tests, documentation and compliance with regulatory and safety-relevant requirements.

You have a completed bank training, ideally with a cooperative background, or a comparable qualification with a distinct bank expertise. You bring multi-year experience in the Atruvia environment and have a profound understanding of the interaction of the modules and the Omnichannel platform. You have well-founded experience with no-code platforms for designing digital application and service processes as well as their connection to the Atruvia banking process. You can record, analyze and translate technical requirements into sustainable solutions. You have a good understanding of bank processes and relevant regulatory requirements, for example in the environment of DORA, GwG/KYC. You are convinced by analytical thinking, an independent and solution-oriented way of working and are sure to deal with current MS Office applications. You appear binding and service-oriented, communicate strongly as a Sparring partner for specialist areas and process managers and bring a lot of team spirit, initiative and motivation to co-design digitalization.
