You have successfully completed a close-to-activity study (e.g. civil engineering, architecture) or already have work experience in the described field of work. You have several years of experience in managing projects for the construction of demanding, highly technological administrative buildings. You are versed in dealing with planning and construction participants as well as with authorities. You have extensive knowledge in connection with new buildings and their efficient building operation with high technical equipment standards. You have experience in the cooperative management of heterogeneous teams from internal and external stakeholders. You are a team player and you understand how to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way and also across the globe. You have strong teamwork and conflict resolution capabilities, especially in dealing with people of different professional and personal experiences. You discuss tasks in the team and are open to other angles and also new solutions. You have very good organizational skills and a pronounced, analytical ability and a secure judgment. You're a people manager and you're planning a proper, but always friendly and open communication.
