Then the training as a land & construction machine mechatronic (m/w/d) at Zeppelin Power Systems is exactly your thing. On 1 August 2027, we offer three training places for land and construction machine mechatronics (m/w/d) at our site in Achim near Bremen. DARAUF HAS DU LUST Your focus is on the repair, maintenance and repair of engines. You make sure You run reliably, no matter where You are in use.

You carry out the troubleshooting directly on the system and on the engine. From the first malfunction notice to the finished repair.

You learn to mount and disassemble components, read technical documents and schematics and understand mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

You can learn how different the requirements for a motor can be. Whether it has to run robustly in continuous operation on a road milling machine or, in serious cases, reliably supply a data center with power.

The theoretical part of your training takes place in block lessons at the Rhein-Erft Academy in Hürth near Cologne. You will also meet other Zeppelin trainees from all over Germany.

Already during the training, you will be firmly involved in the team and will work with experienced masters and service technicians independently.

Your training lasts 3.5 years, with good performance a shortening is possible and after that the best takeover opportunities await you. THE WHICH WE UNS School completion – Real school completion or good extended primary school degree with good grades in mathematics and physics as well as good English skills.

DIRECTORY Attractive training allowance: In the first year of training you will receive 1,293 euros gross per month. In the second year, it is 1.358 euros and 1.438 euros in the third year of training. In addition, you will be involved in the company's success during your training and receive an annual special payment.

Takeover of training costs: Of course, we take over all training fees and the costs for school books, tools and co.

Work equipment and training support: From the beginning you will be equipped with our own laptop. Regular feedback talks with your instructors as well as individual learning support offers will prepare you optimally for your completion.

Networking, team power and fun: During your training, you can look over the edge of the plate and take part, for example, in cross-departmental apprenticeship projects or accompany training fairs. To ensure that the fun does not come too short, there are joint azuubic events such as our Welcome Days for new trainees, barbecue events for intermediate and a final event for all learners at the headquarters in Munich.
