They take over the professional leadership and coordinate the team sales support. In this role you report directly to the Head of Private Banking. They support our consultants and are the first telephone contact person for customers in the classic banking business as part of the “first-level support”. They advise customers on technical enquiries in eBanking/eBrokerage as well as the card business. You take over the documentation for asset management, investment advice and online banking (deposit management contracts, account and depot opening documents). They support the team of consultants in the preparation and dispatch of asset reports. They perform administrative activities in bank-related applications and maintain master data. They perform mailing actions and campaigns and update the associated data in the customer system. They coordinate consulting appointments and perform correspondence of any kind. Perspectively, there is the possibility to take on further responsibility within the framework of your personal development.

They have completed bank training and ideally have first professional experience in the described area of responsibility. They communicate safely and eloquently and convince with pronounced customer and service orientation. It is necessary to have sound know-how in the system world of agreeBAP and WP2. Knowledge of infront applications is desirable. They are versed in dealing with the current MS Office programs. They convince by analytical, critical thinking and the ability to work very carefully. They like to work in the team and are highly flexible. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
